I'm Aissam EL HAIL, founder of Flexa.

My path isn't that of a traditional brand creator. I've spent the last 16 years in industry, leading operations where every part shipped engages the end customer's safety.

Industrial background

As a State Engineer, I've held senior positions of Production Director, Plant Manager, and Operations Consultant across major international industrial groups. My career has been about one thing: building systems where quality is the rule, not the exception.

Across multiple multinational corporations, I've led:

  • Production teams of 50+ people across 5 operational departments
  • Prototype segments where we maintained 14 consecutive months without a single customer complaint
  • Overall Equipment Effectiveness optimisation from 70% to 85%

What this career taught me
