Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to feel confident about your order. If Flexa is not the right fit for you, you can request a return within 60 days of delivery.

Statutory cancellation right

In addition to our 60-day returns window, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Return conditions

To be eligible for a return, the product must be sent back in a clean and suitable condition, with its original packaging when possible.

Size exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size or side, contact us within 60 days of delivery. We’ll help you exchange it for the correct option.

Refunds

Once your return is received and reviewed, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with photos of the product and packaging. We’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Non-returnable items

Items that are heavily used, damaged by the customer, or returned in unsanitary condition may not be eligible for a refund.
